The Discounts 4 Members membership program is offered and administered by First Priority Travel, LLC ("FPT"), a Florida company with a place of business at 100 East Pine Street, Suite 202, Orlando, Florida 32801.
Member Services
All Member services are provided only online at www.discounts4members.com. FPT accepts availability requests and reservation requests only at the website, not by telephone or in person. However, if you need assistance in navigating the website, please feel free to call FPT's customer service department, toll-free, at 800-401-0557 from 9:30am-5:00pm EST, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and Dec 23rd-Jan 3rd.
All Members must be registered and utilize a Log-In and Password at the Discounts 4 Members website to gain access to the information, discounts and services offered within
FPT is bonded and certified by the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) and by the International Association of Travel Agents (IATA) to represent domestic and international airlines and to issue ticket documents on their behalf and by the Cruise Lines International Association (CLIA) to represent cruise lines. FPT is registered as a Seller of Travel in the State of Florida, Registration No. ST33796 and in the State of California, Registration No. 2079267-40. Registration as a Seller of Travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
The sections of the Discounts 4 Members website booked through FPT and its Partners' ARC/IATA and CLIA certifications include "Airline Tickets", "Cruises", "Agency Hotel Rates", "Packages" and "Car Rentals", all payable directly to the suppliers (airline, cruise line, tour operator or car rental company). "Wholesale Hotel Rates" are provided through third-party suppliers under contract with FPT and will be payable to First Priority Travel. "Resort Condos" are provided through third-party suppliers under contract with FPT and will be payable directly to the supplier. Other travel related services are provided by and booked through third party suppliers, providers and companies. Discounts 4 Members, FPT, its' Partners the suppliers and the third-party suppliers, providers and companies are collectively referred to herein as the "Providers".
Trial and Continued Membership, Expiration and Renewal
Certain Memberships are "Trial Memberships" for the first 30-days after sign-up. A Trial Membership is free for the initial 30-day trial period. Trial Memberships will be automatically extended for an additional 1-year period at the then-in-effect 1-year Membership Fee charged at the conclusion of the 30-Day-Trial to the credit card provided at the time of sign-up. No charge will be made if a written cancellation notice is received within the initial 30-Day-Trial period, sent as instructed below.

Cancellation will terminate all privileges, benefits, discounts and coupons. Please be aware that there are no pro-rated Membership Fee refunds after the 30-Day Trial Membership.
A Discounts4Members one-year membership is currently available for purchase at a one-time Introductory price of $69 (the "Membership Fee") and expires 13 months from the date of initial Sign-Up (the 13-month period includes the initial 30-Day Free Trial Membership). This Introductory Membership Fee is subject to change at any time. However, an active Member who joins within the time period the Introductory price is offered is guaranteed a one-time opportunity to renew their membership upon expiration for the same term at a renewal fee not to exceed the original Introductory Membership Fee paid.
New Member Bonus Gift
Any New Member Bonus Gifts offered at the time of Sign Up will be provided to fully-paid Members under "My Account" after the 30-Day Trial Period has expired provided the Membership Fee is successfully charged and Member does not cancel (membership cancellation will also cancel the New Member Bonus Gift). New Member Bonus Gifts may not be usable for Members who reside outside of the U.S. and Canada.
Membership Benefits
Benefits are available only to active Members and their immediate family living in the same household. Benefits are non-transferable. Benefits and services are subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the individual vendors, suppliers and third-part providers and are subject to change without notice.
The Providers attempt to make available a wide variety of services offered by sellers of accommodations, transportation and entertainment. Whether any discounts offered represent prices that are below the actual general market prices for identical goods and services depends entirely on the pricing policies of the Providers. FPT reserves the right to change, modify, substitute and/or eliminate Providers, services, manufacturers, merchants, vendors and/or suppliers from this program. No guarantee is made that all of the Providers and services available today at the Discounts 4 Members website will be available at some later time.
Use of the Website
The Discounts 4 Members website is solely for the Member's personal and noncommercial use. You warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into an Agreement and use the website in accordance with all terms and conditions imposed by the providers. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of the website, as well as for the use of your account by others, including, without limitation, minors living with you. You agree to supervise all usage of the website by minors under your name or account. You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using the website is true and accurate. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of the travel services you select. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase imposed by the provider with whom you elect to deal including, but not limited to, the payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the suppliers/providers rules and restrictions.
Responsibility and Limits of Liability
The Providers act as distributing agents only and, as such, do not assume responsibility for any damage, expense or inconvenience, or for the loss, injury, or damage to or of any person or property at or in transit to or from any hotel/motel or restaurant from any cause whatsoever. Nor do they assume any responsibility for any participating hotel, restaurant, or transportation provider or other individual or entity providing products and/or services in the Discounts 4 Members program.
None of the Providers shall have any liability as a seller of any products or services, including, without limitation, any liability for any defective product, or any liability for those products or services supplied by participating merchants, vendors, and/or suppliers. No warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, is made by any of the Providers with respect to any products ordered, any information provided or delivered and/or any services available through participating merchants, vendors or suppliers. The Providers shall in no event be liable for consequential or incidental damages. Discounts 4 Members, FPT and the other Providers shall not have any liability for any errors, omissions, or misrepresentations regarding photographs, descriptions, information, lists of amenities, rates or tour itineraries supplied by resorts, cruise lines, airlines, tour operators or other providers thereof. FPT arranges certain travel services and renders other services in connection therewith, as an intermediary or an agent for the individual desiring such travel services upon the express condition and agreement that FPT shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, irregularity, or expenses arising from strikes, war, weather, quarantines, sickness, government restrictions or regulations, or from any act or omission of any individual or firm, or corporation furnishing accommodations, rental cars, transportation or any other service in connection therewith, or for any additional cost or expense due to disruption or change of advertised schedules, rates, or services, acts of God, or for any other cause beyond its control. Payment in full for such services shall be deemed an acceptance of this limitation of liability.

Software on this Website
Your use of the software on this website is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the software. Any reproduction or redistribution of the software is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties. Violators will be prosecuted to the maximum extent if possible. Without limiting the foregoing, copying or reproducing of the software to any other server or location for further reproduction or redistribution is expressly prohibited. The software is warranted, if at all, only according to the terms of the License Agreement.
Governing Law and Disputes
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its choice of law principles. Member agrees to settle any disputes regarding Provider products and services directly with the applicable Provider and the applicable Product Specific Terms of Service, and not involve Discounts4Members and/or FPT in a dispute between Member and a Provider. With respect to any disputes involving all of Discounts4Members/FPT, the Member and a Provider, Discounts4Members/FPT and the Member hereby agree to irrevocably submit to the resolution of any such dispute to binding arbitration in the State of Florida administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect. Nothing herein will deprive Member of the benefits of any applicable consumer protection laws, except to the extent lawfully waived by the terms hereof. Payment of the Membership Fee or acceptance or use of any of the benefits or services of the Membership will constitute Member's acceptance of all terms and conditions of this Agreement. The terms of this Section shall survive any termination, cancellation or expiration of this Agreement.
